Welcome to Saint Joseph Academy
Saint Joseph Academy's goal is to reflect a variety of ethnic backgrounds-each having their own unique culture and traditions. We endeavor to bring out the best in every child in order that they may possess a healthy self-esteem upon which to build future relationships. SJA exists to provide a Christian atmosphere in which our students can develop spiritually, intellectually, physically and socially. SJA provides diversity and a cohesive spiritual community.
SJA offers a comprehensive education from Pre-Kindergarten through Ninth Grade, helping families raise their children to become bright, loving and honorable human beings.
We are a small school, with limited class size (25 or less) dedicated to forming children intellectually and spiritually using the teachings and patrimony of the Catholic faith. The preschool and kindergarten are based on the teachings of Dr. Maria Montessori, and our elementary classes are influenced by Montessori philosophy. Children with different gifts and abilities are welcome.

For Your Information.....
St. Joseph Academy opened in the fall of 2010 and educates children from preschool through ninth grade. Elementary students attend Mass every morning at nearby St. Joseph Church and study religion through traditional religion classes. The preschool-kindergarten students are introduced to their faith through the Montessori-based Catechesis of the Good Shepherd. Although St. Joseph Academy is a private independent school in the Catholic tradition, students of all faiths are welcome.
